Job summary

Azalea Health in Augusta, GA is seeking an RN/LPN Staff Development Coordinator to lead education and training across the facility. You will support hiring and onboarding, provide continuing education to nursing staff, and ensure staff confidence and compliance in care.

You will maintain training records, collaborate with leaders to identify educational needs, and assist the Director of Nursing with other duties to support resident care and staff development.

Qualifications

• Must have active RN or LPN license.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred.
• Strong training and education delivery skills.
• Ability to maintain training records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to collaborate with department leaders.
