Job summary

Tree of Life Rehabilitation in Florida is seeking an experienced RN/LPN Supervisor to lead the nursing team and ensure high-quality resident care.

You will supervise RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids, oversee admissions and routine assessments, and respond quickly to changing resident conditions with a focus on safety. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required—we’ll invest in the right heart and mindset.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery medications and treatments along with supervision of RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids where applicable.
• Completion of required admission and routine resident assessments
• Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care.
