Qualifications

• Must hold an active CNA certification and be in good standing.
• Experience in long-term, sub-acute, or memory care preferred.
• Ability to lift and transfer residents safely and follow infection control protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating).
• Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure).
• Respond promptly in emergencies to residents' needs.
• Support hospice care for terminally ill residents with nursing staff.
• Lift and transfer residents safely using proper techniques.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment following infection control protocols.
• Document residents' information accurately while HIPAA compliant.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver comprehensive resident care.
