Job summary

Vivie is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Nursing department on an on‑call, hourly basis in Minnesota. The RN will lead clinical teams, coordinate complex care plans, and deliver compassionate patient care, aiming to maintain residents’ dignity, independence, and top quality of life.

Responsibilities include managing clinical operations, delivering direct patient care, ensuring documentation, and maintaining high standards of care. Requires MN RN license and CPR within 6 months.

Qualifications

• RN license in Minnesota required.
• CPR within 6 months of hire preferred.
• Clear and compassionate communication abilities.
• Experience in long‑term care, acute care, or rehabilitation preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and clinical best practices.

• Deliver Direct Patient Care - Initiate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures, observe and report changes in conditions, and reach, supervise, and counsel patients to promote optimal health and safety.
• Build Relationships and Ensure Compliance - Create an environment that ensures high-quality care while promoting patient independence and dignity. Establish effective communication with residents, families, and team members.

As a Registered Nurse You Will

This Job Also Requires

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Minnesota.
• CPR within 6 months of hire.
• Clear and compassionate communication abilities.
• Experience in long‑term care, acute care, or rehabilitation is preferred
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and clinical best practices.
• Proficient in English to ensure effective communication with resident, team members and family.
• Ability to pass state mandated background check.
• Physical capability to perform all essential job functions.
