Job summary

Complete Care in New Jersey is seeking an RN/LPN Weekend Supervisor for a 12-hour shift, 7AM-7PM, every other weekend. Immediate need to oversee weekend nursing operations on-site at our facility.

You will supervise CNAs, LPNs, and RNs, mentor staff, partner with care teams, and ensure high-quality patient outcomes in a long-term care setting. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Active NJ RN license with extensive leadership experience.
• Must have nurse supervisory experience in a long-term care facility.
• PCC experience
