Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Flossmoor, IL is seeking a Night Supervisor (RN/LPN) to lead overnight clinical care and protect resident safety. You will monitor resident health, respond to condition changes, supervise caregivers, manage shift assignments, and oversee medication administration.

Active RN or LPN license, graduate of an approved nursing program, and 1+ year in senior care or clinical setting are required.

• 1+ year experience in senior care or clinical setting.
• Strong assessment, delegation, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor resident health and respond to condition changes.
• Evaluate and document falls, incidents, and emergencies.
• Supervise caregivers and medication staff.
• Manage attendance, staffing gaps, and shift assignments.
• Oversee medication administration and narcotic counts.
• Transcribe physician orders and update Service Plans.
• Ensure documentation meets regulatory standards.
• Serve as liaison with physicians, pharmacy, and families.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing

• Strong assessment, delegation, and documentation skills

Pay Range: 28.35 - 35.55
