Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living Mgmt Inc in Maryland is seeking a Night Supervisor (RN/LPN) to serve as the overnight clinical lead, ensuring resident safety, supervising care teams, and maintaining medication and documentation standards.

You will monitor resident health, evaluate incidents, supervise medication staff, manage shifts, and ensure regulatory documentation meets requirements, serving as a liaison with physicians, pharmacy, and families.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Graduate of approved nursing program.
• 1+ year experience in senior care or clinical setting.
• Strong assessment, delegation, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor resident health and respond to condition changes
• Evaluate and document falls, incidents, and emergencies
• Supervise caregivers and medication staff
• Manage attendance, staffing gaps, and shift assignments
• Oversee medication administration and narcotic counts
• Transcribe physician orders and update Service Plans
• Ensure documentation meets regulatory standards
• Serve as liaison with physicians, pharmacy, and families

Skills
