Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Night Supervisor (RN/LPN) to lead overnight clinical care and safeguard resident safety. You will monitor health, supervise care teams, and ensure accurate medication administration and documentation.

The role requires an active RN or LPN license in good standing with a nursing program graduate and at least 1 year in senior care or clinical settings. Excellent delegation and record-keeping are essential.

• 1+ year experience in senior care or clinical setting.
• Strong assessment, delegation, and documentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and document falls, incidents, and emergencies.
• Supervise caregivers and medication staff.
• Manage attendance, staffing gaps, and shift assignments.
• Oversee medication administration and narcotic counts.
• Transcribe physician orders and update Service Plans.
• Ensure documentation meets regulatory standards.
• Serve as liaison with physicians, pharmacy, and families.

Pay Range: 27.20 - 34.05

What You’ll Do:

• Monitor resident health and respond to condition changes

What We’re Looking For:
