Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Bloomingdale, IL seeks a Night Supervisor (RN/LPN) to lead overnight clinical care, supervise care teams, and ensure medication and documentation standards are met. You will serve as the clinical anchor during overnight operations and coordinate with physicians, pharmacy, and families.

The role requires an active RN or LPN license, a nursing program graduate, and at least 1 year in senior care or clinical settings with strong assessment, delegation, and documentation

• Graduate of approved nursing program.
• 1+ year experience in senior care or clinical setting.
• Strong assessment, delegation, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor resident health and respond to condition changes.
• Evaluate and document falls, incidents, and emergencies.
• Supervise caregivers and medication staff.
• Manage attendance, staffing gaps, and shift assignments.
• Oversee medication administration and narcotic counts.
• Transcribe physician orders and update Service Plans.
• Ensure documentation meets regulatory standards.
• Serve as liaison with physicians, pharmacy, and families.
