Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living Mgmt Inc is seeking a Night Supervisor (RN/LPN) to lead overnight clinical care and protect resident safety at our Bloomingdale, IL location. You will oversee medication administration, supervise care staff, and ensure regulatory documentation during night shifts.

Active RN or LPN license and a nursing program graduate with 1+ year senior care experience are required. Compensation and benefits are designed to support quality care and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Monitor resident health and respond to condition changes.

• Manage attendance, staffing gaps, and shift assignments.
• Oversee medication administration and narcotic counts.
• Transcribe physician orders and update Service Plans.
• Ensure documentation meets regulatory standards.
• Serve as liaison with physicians, pharmacy, and families.

What You’ll Do:

What We’re Looking For:

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing

• Graduate of approved nursing program

• 1+ year experience in senior care or clinical setting

• Strong assessment, delegation, and documentation skills
