Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is hiring registered nurses (RN) and licensed practical nurses (LPN) to provide in-home care to Pediatric and/or Adult patients in Rhode Island.

Positions offer competitive pay, weekly paychecks, and comprehensive benefits. Responsibilities include using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, delivering skilled nursing services per orders, and monitoring patient status with timely documentation. RN/LPN license required.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• TB test or Chest X-Ray is current.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care on each assignment according to prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from health care team and document nursing diagnoses.

  Responsibilities:
