Qualifications

• MA state licensed LPN or RN required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and maintain health care routines in a 24-hour supported home environment.
• Implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual programs as per ISPs.
• Assist with daily activities, attend house meetings, and support family visitations as needed.
