Job summary

People Incorporated is hiring LPNs and RNs for full-time positions in Taunton and surrounding communities. The team provides care in a 24-hour supported home environment and includes medication administration and daily living support for medically involved individuals.

We offer competitive wages and a robust benefits package. Weekend warrior and per diem options are also available in various schedules. Requirements include MA LPN or RN license, background check, and TB screening.

Qualifications

• MA state valid LPN or RN license.
• A qualifying criminal background check is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• TB screening and a TB update every two years after hire are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a structured daily routine including house meetings, individual outings, meal preparation, ADL care, family visitations, and distribute medication while upholding human rights.
• Implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual programs as identified in the ISPs.
• Occasionally use de-escalation and crisis management techniques to maintain safety.
