Job summary

People Incorporated in Taunton and surrounding communities seeks LPN/RN professionals to work in a 24-hour supported home environment for medically involved individuals. Locations include Taunton and nearby areas, with opportunities for Part/Full Time and Per Diem positions.

Responsibilities include medication administration, implementing ISPs, and maintaining safety and human rights. Comprehensive benefits and state-licensed care guidelines are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid MA state LPN or RN license.
• Qualifying criminal background check and valid driver’s license.
• TB screening and Physical required upon hire and TB update every two years thereafter.

Responsibilities

• Provide a structured routine including house meetings, outings, meal prep, ADL care, family visitations, and distribute medication while upholding human rights.
• Implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual programs as identified in the ISPs.
• Utilize de-escalation and crisis management techniques to maintain safety.
