Job summary

People Incorporated is seeking compassionate LPN and RN professionals for a 24-hour supported home environment in Taunton and surrounding communities. The LPN will provide premier services to medically involved individuals in our care.

Responsibilities include medication distribution, engaging residents in daily routines, ADL care, and supporting family visitations while upholding human rights. Candidates must have MA LPN/RN license and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• LPN or RN license in MA is required.
• Criminal background check and valid driver's license required.
• TB screening and annual TB update every two years after hire.

Responsibilities

• Distribute medication while maintaining patient rights.
• Provide structured daily routines including house meetings, outings, meal prep and ADL care.
• Implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual programs as per plan.
• Possibly de-escalation and crisis management to ensure safety.
