People Incorporated in Taunton, MA is seeking compassionate LPN and RN professionals to work with medically involved individuals in a 24-hour supported home environment. The LPN will provide premier services to the individuals in our care.

Responsibilities include maintaining routines, distributing medications, and implementing behavioral supports. We offer part-time, full-time and per diem options with strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• MA state valid LPN or RN license.
• A qualifying criminal background check and a valid driver’s license are also required.
• TB screening and Physical required upon hire and TB update every two years after

Responsibilities

• Provide a structured daily routine including house meetings, outings, meals, ADL care, and medication distribution.
• Implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual Programs per the ISPs.
• Ability to de-escalate and manage crisis situations to maintain safety when needed
