People Incorporated is seeking compassionate LPN/RN professionals for a 24-hour supported home environment in Taunton and surrounding communities. Responsibilities include structured daily routines and medication administration for medically involved individuals.

Applicants must hold MA state LPN or RN licensure, pass background checks and TB screening, and be willing to work in a team-based, supportive setting with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• MA state license (LPN or RN) required.
• Background check and valid driver’s license required.
• TB screening and physical upon hire; TB update every two years.

Responsibilities

• Provide structured daily routine including house meetings, outings, meals, ADL care, family visitations, and medication distribution with respect for human rights.
• Implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual programs per ISP.
• May require de-escalation and crisis management to ensure safety.
