Alden Terrace of McHenry Rehabilitation and Health Care Center is hiring for RN and LPN positions on both full-time and part-time shifts. The care team collaborates with CNAs to provide holistic, resident-centered care across post-acute and memory care settings.

Training includes Point Click Care EMR and ongoing education to ensure high-quality outcomes. We offer tuition reimbursement, generous referral bonuses, and flexible scheduling to accommodate school or family commitments.

Formación

• Nurses collaborate with CNAs to provide ADL care and monitor resident status.
• Orientation includes training on the EMR system and clinical protocols.
• Candidates must pass a healthcare worker background check and a drug test.
• Learn and apply proper charting and medication management as part of the team.
• Fluent English is required to communicate with residents and staff.

Responsabilidades

• RN and LPN staff work with CNAs to deliver holistic care and monitor vitals.
• Participate in clinical assessments, admissions/discharges, and QA processes.
