Rowan is hiring a Studio Nurse to deliver safe, expert ear piercing in a welcoming, celebratory environment. You will leverage licensed nursing skills to perform piercings, educate aftercare, and ensure patient comfort and safety.

Ideal candidates are licensed RNs or LPNs/LVNs, with strong communication and a team-oriented mindset. The role offers full-time hours, a tips-based incentive, and ongoing training to advance in Rowan’s clinical piercing standards.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license is required.
• Professional and engaging customer care approach.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Create magical and memorable customer experiences by combining clinical care with a celebratory atmosphere during piercing sessions.
• Ensure customer safety and comfort and smooth flow of customer care.
• Provide clear, professional communication with clients throughout their piercing experience.
• Educate customers on aftercare and promote Rowan's After Care.
• Conduct thorough ear evaluations for optimal earring placement.
• Maintain a sterile, aseptic environment at nurse station and procedure tray.
