Job summary

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day nursing care and supervise CNAs
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as needed
• Prepare and administer medications as prescribed
• Document care plans, assessments, and reports
• Maintain safety and confidentiality of resident information
• Collaborate with physicians and other staff to coordinate care
