Job summary

Lakeland Rehab and Healthcare Center is seeking a compassionate RN/LPN to join our skilled nursing team. You will supervise nursing assistants, coordinate daily care, and ensure accurate documentation, medication administration, and safety across shifts.

Qualifications

• RN/LPN with current unencumbered state license.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Current CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants and plan shift services.
• Admit, transfer and discharge residents and provide leadership to nursing staff.
• Complete and file required documentation and transcribe physician orders.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician.
• Build a positive, respectful environment and coordinate with other departments.
• Receive and relay nursing reports during shift changes and rounds with physicians as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure privacy in all resident care events.
