Job summary

Holland Home in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking dedicated RN or LPN professionals to join its 2nd shift team at Raybrook Manor Campus. You will administer medications, perform assessments, document accurately, and mentor CNAs in a compassionate, resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Current Michigan RN or LPN license.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience in geriatric or long-term care preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to document within the EMR.

Responsibilities

• Deliver resident-centered nursing care.
• Perform assessments and monitor resident health status.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Carry out physician orders and communicate clinical updates.
• Support, mentor, and supervise CNAs and other care team members.
• Assist with physician evaluations and procedures as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.

What You'll Do

As an RN or LPN at Holland Home, you will:

Current 2nd Shift Openings (2:30 PM - 11 PM)

Full-Time | 72 Hours Per Pay Period

Looking for additional hours? Take advantage of our generous shift incentives:

• +$4/hour for weekday pick-up shifts
• +$6/hour for weekend pick-up shifts
• +$8/hour for holiday pick-up shifts

Qualifications

• Current Michigan RN or LPN license required
