Job summary

LCS in Holland, MI is seeking an LPN for full- or part-time roles. Choose 1st or 2nd shift; Mon-Fri or weekends, with every-other-weekend options. Base pay $24.50–$34.00/hr with a sign-on bonus and annual retention incentive.

Provide high-quality nursing care in a senior living setting under physician orders. Responsibilities include ADL support, care plan updates, daily clinical reporting, and coordinating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure excellent resident care and a compassionate

• Support a warm, hospitality‑driven, resident‑centered community

• Care Plan Management — Identify changes, update plans, reassess residents
• Clinical Reporting — Provide daily updates to Director of Health Services
• Nursing Care Delivery — Administer care per physician orders
• Interdisciplinary Coordination — Ensure preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services

LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse

Hiring: Full & Part-time

• Choose your shift! 1 st or 2 nd
• Mon-Fri only
• Weekends only

Sign-on Bonus: $4500 PT / $12,500 FT

Retention Bonus: $2,500–$5,000 annually

Pay: $24.50–$34.00/hr (dependent upon experience & shift)
