Job summary

Holland Home – Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a dedicated Non Certified Aide in a hybrid role to administer medications and assist residents with daily living activities, ensuring care is delivered with dignity and respect.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in medication administration.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 60 lbs.
• Successful completion of a background check and screenings.
• Availability to work every other weekend and holiday rotations.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications accurately and in accordance with established protocols

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring, and feeding

Position Summary

In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for both administering medications and assisting residents with daily living activities. You’ll help ensure our residents receive the highest quality care in a respectful and dignified manner.

Key Responsibilities

Administer medications accurately and in accordance with established protocols
