Maxim Healthcare is hiring RNs and LPNs for 1:1 homecare opportunities in Clinton, TN and surrounding areas. Roles include full-time, part-time, and PRN with day, night, and weekend shifts to fit your life.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN licensure in Tennessee.
• Current Health Certificate.
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior LPN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled 1:1 nursing care for pediatric and/or adult patients in the home setting.
• Follow the patient's plan of care and physician orders.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes to the clinical team.
• Assist with trach care, ventilator care, G-tube feedings, seizure monitoring, diabetic care, and other skilled nursing needs as applicable.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Partner with patients and families to deliver high-quality care.

Education

RN or LPN licensure in Tennessee

BLS certification

One year prior LPN experience preferred

Maxim Healthcare is hiring RNs and LPNs for multiple 1:1 homecare opportunities throughout Clinton and the surrounding areas.

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
