Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking an LPN to deliver 1:1 home-based nursing care for pediatric and adult patients in Goodlettsville and surrounding areas. Expect flexible schedules, weekly pay, and a mix of full-time, part-time, and PRN assignments.

You will monitor patient conditions, administer medications, support care plans, and coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure quality, compassionate care in patients’ homes.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• 1+ year of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the home.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Support individualized care plans.

• -Goodlettsville: Pediatric Patient Day shift, Hands on Trach Vent Experience Needed
• -Mt. Juliet: Pediatric Patient, All Shifts, Hands on Trach Vent Experience Needed
• -Lower Acuity patients available also
