Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. is hiring for 1:1 Home Health RN positions across our service areas. You will deliver skilled nursing care in patients’ homes, with a focus on safety, careful assessment, and compassionate support for families and patients alike.

Opportunities include day, evening, and overnight shifts with competitive pay and benefits. Ideal candidates hold an active RN license, current BLS, and 1+ year of experience in nursing.

Qualifications

• Active RN license is required/active in the state.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• 1+ year of nursing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with families and care teams.
• Educate patients and caregivers on care plans and medications.
• Document care and communicate updates to the team.

• Peds: Gtube 15yo Mon-Fri 8am-3pm (school only)
• Peds: Gtube 2yo Mon, Wed-Fri 8a-6p
• Peds: Gtube 13yo Mon-Fri 8a-5p (Smyrna TN)
• Peds: Trach/Vent 4yo Full Time Days and Nights Available!

Requirements

Required:
