Job summary

Roselane Health Center by Harborview is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead nursing care for residents in a faith-based, supportive setting in Marietta, GA. The role involves supervising RN/LPNs, conducting assessments, and ensuring safety and quality of care in daily operations.

You will participate in interdisciplinary planning, maintain documentation, and support daily living activities while upholding infection control and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery of medications and treatments with RN/LPN charge nurses.
• Complete admission and routine resident assessments.

We are currently seeking a dedicated RN Supervisor

What You Will Do

• Supervise delivery medications and treatments along with supervision of RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids where applicable


• Completion of required admission and routine resident assessments


• Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care.


• Support activities of daily living


• Maintain clear, timely documentation


• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary teams and families


• Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect your residents and your teammates


• Other duties as assigned

What You Must Have

• Active RN license in good standing in the state of practice.


• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required—we’ll invest in the right heart and mindset.
