LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to organize and deliver resident care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. You will delegate tasks to licensed staff and ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including Joint Commission.

Rotating day/eve/night shifts, weekends and holidays, with call obligations. Compensation ranges from $37.10 to $55.65 per hour and includes comprehensive health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k)

Qualifications

• Meets state licensure requirements.
• Holds current RN licensure in applicable states.
• BLS certification within one month.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and delivers resident care through assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation.
