Job summary

Umpqua Valley Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Roseburg, OR seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time, day shift position on-site. You will develop and deliver skilled nursing care, implementing the facility's care plan to support residents' well-being.

Qualifications

Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in practicing state (Oregon).
6–12 months of experience in skilled nursing facilities (SNF/LTC) preferred.
Ability to assess resident needs and respond with individualized care plans.
Skilled in developing and modifying care plans for residents.
Commitment to delivering high-quality nursing care in a team-based setting.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and modify the comprehensive plan of care for residents.
Provide independent supervision and delivery of care in the nursing unit.
Assess resident needs and coordinate with the care team to ensure timely interventions.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing nursing practices.
