Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Unencumbered RN license in practicing state and/or multistate licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with resident, family and interdisciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care and education across phases of care.
