Premium pay and shift differentials apply. This PRN-like schedule requires travel between locations within a 75-mile radius and a minimum monthly hours commitment. Strong infection control and PPE adherence are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 months LTC experience required (6 months preferred)
• Minimum of 30 hours per month
• One weekend shift per month

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care under RN supervision.

• Follow infection prevention and PPE policies and assist with care plans.
