Qualifications

• Active RN license (Ohio or compact state).
• Current BLS certification (ACLS required for ICU/ED).
• Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, tube feedings, and wound care.
• Provide tracheostomy care, catheter management, and chronic disease support.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
