Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions seeks a Registered Nurse for a long-term care setting in Beulah, ND. You will provide and coordinate nursing care using the nursing process, assess residents, administer medications, and support clinical staff to ensure high-quality resident outcomes.

The role involves supervising LPNs and CNAs, updating care plans, and maintaining compliant documentation while coordinating with physicians and families.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing is required.
• RN licensure in the state of practice is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Prior long-term care or skilled nursing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents on admission and on an ongoing basis, and develop individualized plans of care.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policy.
• Supervise, delegate to and provide clinical direction for LPNs and Certified Nursing Assistants.
• Evaluate resident response to interventions and revise the plan of care as needed.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and support regulatory survey readiness.
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapy, families and interdisciplinary team members.

Education

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

Long-term care experience (preferred)
