Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions seeks a registered nurse to provide and coordinate nursing care in a long-term care setting, applying the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. You will administer medications and treatments, develop individualized care plans, supervise LPNs and CNAs, and ensure care meets regulatory standards.

In this role, you will coordinate with physicians and therapy teams, engage families, and maintain accurate documentation to support survey

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the state of practice is required.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents on admission and ongoing, and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policy.
• Supervise, delegate to and provide clinical direction for LPNs and CNAs.
• Evaluate resident response to interventions and revise the plan of care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support regulatory survey readiness.
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapy, families and the interdisciplinary team.
