Northern Lights Rehab and Long Term Care in Minot, ND is hiring an RN to set the clinical direction on your shift, lead LPNs and CNAs, and make critical calls to keep residents safe. The role serves long-term residents and short-term rehab patients, with the satisfaction of applying your skills daily.

You will complete resident assessments, develop care plans with the inter-disciplinary team, pass medications, perform treatments (including wound care), and coordinate with providers, families,

Competenze

• Must hold North Dakota RN license or a multistate compact license.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred; new grads welcome.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

• Complete resident assessments and act on changes in condition.
