Job summary

The Legacy Living and Rehabilitation Center, part of Campbell County Health, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct nursing care and supervise daily activities in Gillette, Wyoming. This role requires adherence to federal, state and local standards for long-term care and skilled nursing facilities.

Ideal candidates will have a Wyoming RN license and experience in long-term care; strong communication, documentation and care coordination skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Wyoming RN license.
• Experience in a long-term care facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resident care with other departments and staff.
• Communicate changes in resident conditions to physicians, residents and families.
• Maintain accurate medical records, reports and care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Participate in care plan meetings and QAPI initiatives.
