Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited school of nursing is required.
• Active RN license issued by Wyoming is required.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive Registered Nurse (RN) care for residents.
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and evaluate changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician and in line with policies.
• Provide skilled nursing care including wound care, IV therapy (as allowed by state), tube feedings, suctioning, catheter care, and other procedures.
• Supervise, delegate, and provide clinical guidance to LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff.
• Ensure care plans are developed, implemented, and updated based on assessments.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated resident care.
• Accurately complete all required documentation and records in a timely manner.
