Job summary

Legacy Living and Rehabilitation Center, part of Campbell County Health, is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the LTC Director of Nursing in planning, directing and leading the nursing department in a long-term care setting in Gillette, Wyoming.

The ADON will collaborate with medical staff and other departments to ensure high-quality resident care, compliance with CMS guidelines, and ongoing QA/QI initiatives, while mentoring staff and fostering a professional practice

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved Registered Nurse program.
• Wyoming RN license in good standing; CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Supports LTC Director of Nursing in planning, direction and leadership of nursing services.
• Leads nursing staff and coordinates with House Supervisors to ensure quality resident care.
• Contributes to operational planning, budgeting and compliance with CMS, QA/PI and regulatory standards.
• Maintains professional practice standards and fosters staff engagement and education.
