Casper Mountain Rehabilitation & Care Center is seeking a compassionate RN to lead nursing care for residents and supervise nursing staff. You will assess conditions, administer medications, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver safe, high-quality care.

The role emphasizes clinical leadership, teamwork, and ongoing development within skilled nursing and post-acute care settings in Casper, WY.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited professional nursing program.
• Current, active RN license in Wyoming.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehab or related healthcare environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care per care plans and physician orders.
• Assess residents and monitor changes in condition.
• Administer meds/treatments and coordinate care.
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs; delegate duties.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
