Job summary

Legacy Living and Rehabilitation Center in Gillette, Wyoming, part of Campbell County Health, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily care to residents according to standards and plans.

You will support residents with personal care, document care activities, and collaborate with the Nursing Supervisor to maintain high quality, compassionate care in a safe, compliant environment. The role emphasizes dignity, teamwork, and adherence to HIPAA policies.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant certification required.
• Ability to follow individualized care plans.
• Commitment to HIPAA and resident confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Receive and report resident status at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Provide personal care to residents per their individualized plan of care.
• Document all pertinent information regarding care as assigned.
• Report changes in residents' conditions to the Nursing Supervisor promptly.
• Assist with meals and transfer residents to dining areas.
• Record residents' fluid/food intake and assist with activities.
• Assist with dressing, toileting, bathing, and grooming as needed.
• Maintain residents' rooms neat, clean, and safe.
