Job summary

Good Samaritan invites an experienced Registered Nurse to provide individualized nursing care to residents at Lakota, ND. You will work with residents, families, and a multidisciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care, ensuring safety and quality across all phases of care.

The role may include charge duties, delegation, and support for residents and staff. An unencumbered RN license is required, with opportunities for advancement and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA).
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice or multistate license if in an NLC state.
• Obtains and maintains required competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families and inter-disciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, resident assessment, education and various nursing interventions.
• Serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff as appropriate.
