Good Samaritan in Lakota, ND is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide individualized care using the nursing process across all phases of care.

The role collaborates with residents, families and a multidisciplinary team; requires an active RN license and a BSN preferred.

We offer shift 6:00 am–6:00 pm, full-time schedule, generous benefits, on-site support, and opportunities for education and advancement.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Unencumbered RN license required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• Multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families and/inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate resident assessment, education and care plans across shifts.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff.
