Job summary

NYU Langone Nevada is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to enhance centralized training for the FGP Central Billing Office and Patient Access Center. You will design, develop, and facilitate training, curate reference materials, and drive continuous improvement with L&D leadership.

The role requires collaboration with QA and operations, development of eLearning content, and delivery of both in-person and remote training sessions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of learning and development experience.
• 2 years of facilitation experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and ability to analyze issues quickly and identify solutions.
• Ability to present information in a classroom or remote setting.
• Proficient PC user with basic Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with L&D leadership to identify training needs and develop interventions.
• Design and develop training materials and sessions.
• Deliver classroom trainings to designated audiences and manage logistics.
• Create online documentation, reference materials, and assessments.
• Develop content for LMS and maintain centralized repository.
• Monitor training program effectiveness and contribute to QA initiatives.
