Job summary

Recover-Care Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee staff assignments and provide supervision of resident care in accordance with facility policies and the DON guidance. You will supervise daily nursing activities, ensure accurate charting, and administer medications as prescribed while coordinating admissions, transfers, and discharges to support high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

Current RN licensure in Kansas required.
Strong leadership abilities and collaboration with staff.
Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

Oversee staff assignments and supervise resident care.
Maintain and file resident records accurately and timely.
Administer medications as prescribed by the physician.
Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges including transportation arrangements.
Collaborate with DON and nursing consultants; report issues and grievances.
