Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current, Florida RN license is required.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in long-term care or related setting.
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and ensure residents receive care per individualized care plans and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate and delegate nursing assignments based on resident acuity and staff qualifications.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and onboarding of nursing staff.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers, and other interdisciplinary team members to deliver comprehensive care.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and changes in resident condition.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient safety and clinical care standards.
• Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.
