The position requires a Florida RN or LPN license, 2+ years in a long-term care setting, and prior supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• RN or LPN license valid in Florida.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
• Prior supervisory or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to evening shift nursing staff.
• Collaborate with DON and ADON to maintain standards of care.
• Conduct nursing rounds and coordinate follow-up on care plans.
• Monitor adherence to facility policies and responsibilities.
• Promptly report changes in resident condition to RN or provider.
