StoneBridge Senior Living in Owensville, MO is seeking an RN to lead nursing care for our residents. You will supervise CNAs/CMTs, coordinate medication administration, and ensure safe, compassionate care under the Director of Nursing.

The role emphasizes geriatric nursing, teamwork, and accurate documentation in an EMR environment, with a focus on resident well-being and family communication.

Qualifikationen

• Current state RN license required.
• CPR certification; nursing specialty certifications preferred.
• Experience in geriatric/long-term care settings preferred; two years recommended.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to lead a nursing team.

Aufgaben

• Supervise nursing care provided by CNAs/CMTs and others.
• Plan, assign, and direct work of nursing staff; ensure resident safety.
• Administer and document medications per physician orders; manage narcotics inventory.
• Coordinate nursing care and assessments to prevent unplanned hospital discharges.
• Respond to resident requests for pain management and coordinate care with physicians.
