Job summary

Jaybird Senior Living is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide leadership and oversight of resident care in assisted living and memory care. The RN will deliver person-centered programs and coach care staff to meet physical, social, emotional, spiritual, and intellectual needs of residents.

The role includes supervising care plans, managing EHR/EMAR, monitoring medications, and ensuring regulatory compliance. 24/7 on-site coverage and collaboration with doctors and families are required.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Minnesota.
• 2 years’ experience with dementia care and managing care teams.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and coordinate resident care programs; complete assessments and service plans.
• Manage Electronic Health Records (EHR) and EMAR.
• Monitor medications and ensure documentation; communicate health concerns to doctors, families, and staff.
• Train, coach, and evaluate Resident Assistants and nursing team members; lead orientations and trainings.
• Uphold HIPAA, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide 24/7 on-site coverage, respond to emergencies, and participate in safety committees.
