Job summary

Ivy Park Post Acute is seeking a vigilant Licensed Practical Nurse (RN) to supervise care teams and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. You will oversee direct care for residents under the DON, maintaining ongoing education and licensing requirements while delivering compassionate post-acute care at our Pittsburgh facility.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as a nurse in PA.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Experience with PCC preferred.
• Ability to maintain continuing education/licensing and remain in good standing with State Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to staff as they deliver direct resident care.
• Work under supervision of the DON to ensure compliance with state, federal, and local standards.
